Who we are
TestSwap (“we”) is a community site where app developers swap beta-testing duties. Contact: is100602@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store these to identify you.
Profile: the Gmail address you want added to Google Play tester lists, an optional Apple ID email, which devices you own, your timezone, language and reminder hour.
Telegram: if you link Telegram we store your Telegram chat ID, username and language code so our bot can message you.
Activity: requests you post, tests you join, the dates you tapped a ▶ Launch button (“check-ins”), points, and comments.
Technical: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security and abuse prevention.
How we share it
When you join a developer's test, that developer sees your display name and the tester email for that platform (your Play Gmail or Apple ID email) so they can add you to their Google Play / TestFlight tester list. That is the core purpose of the service.
Your public profile shows your display name, avatar, devices, points, and test history (completed / left / removed counts). It never shows your email addresses.
We do not sell personal data. We use Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Telegram (bot messages) and GitHub (scheduled jobs) as processors.
Cookies and advertising
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and a local-storage flag to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice.
We display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at https://www.google.com/settings/ads and learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data, email is100602@gmail.com from your sign-in address; we will delete it within 30 days. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to processing. Contact is100602@gmail.com to exercise them.
Children
TestSwap is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
